Intro to MYT Video Course: Science of Self is dedicated to supporting and empowering individuals on the path towards healing and Self-knowledge. The combination of the ancient practices of yoga, meditation, and Chinese Medicine are powerful, and now we can practice together regardless of physical location. Our trainings highlight the importance of body awareness and the power of practicing together - we are all one. This 10-hour training is a complement to our existing programs. Through this course, we will learn to practice, heal, and serve VIRTUALLY!  It is intended to be, and for many of you will be, an introduction to the powerful techniques we employ in Meridian Yoga Technique. We hope it will inspire you to learn more.

Many people have pain and stress that could be easy to self-treat! They just need some simple guidance. Learn how to guide someone through self treatment from a distance.  Learn how to ask questions and create an individualized treatment plan that will be most effective. We will study a concentrated set of powerful points that will help you to help others. 

This 10 hour certification will include:

Sequence Card for the Official MYT Yoga Sequence
1 hour of Yoga practice (official MYT sequence) 
Lecture on Organs, Emotions, Points and Pathways
Self treatment techniques : Acupressure and Cupping plus specific Asanas
How to assess clients and create a self-treatment plan and follow up.
One-on-One private consultation with Master teacher Melissa Soong.


MYT Level 1 Self Paced Video Course: This 40-hr Video lecture course qualifies you for Level 2 which is taught in-person only. The course includes online quizzes and final exam. This AADP (American Association of Drugless Practitioners) accredited course is a deep and practical immersion into the human energetic and physical anatomy leading to development of powerful skills and techniques for genuinely helping others. It is a prerequisite for the Level 2 (100-hr) certification. Graduates qualify for membership in American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP). Learn more about Level 1 here.
